Parents/carers, pupils and siblings are all very welcome to attend our upcoming Open Evening to discover how we will support your child’s aspirations through high quality teaching, enrichment opportunities, and strong pastoral care.

Please note, by submitting this form you are securing your places, there are no tickets or confirmation emails needed when you arrive. 

Our Open Evening is your chance to hear about the community of excellence we have grown, and are continuing to grow, at Rushey Mead Academy.

You will be able to:

• meet our whole school community of young people, teachers and support staff.
• attend a welcome presentation from the Principal
• explore our school by taking a tour of the school
• see classrooms ‘in action’ in every teaching department
• discover how we engage and inspire students to achieve their potential
• find out about how we enrich the lives of our students and encourage learning beyond the classroom.
• meet our SENCO and SEND/Inclusion teams informally in the learning support area
• visit the DSP if your child has an EHCP with Communication and Interaction additional needs.

The Principal’s Presentation will be repeated three times, at 4:45pm, 5:15pm and 5:45pm.
*Please note that no late entry is possible to the Principal’s talks and maximum capacity is 300: if you miss the start, or the theatre is full, please pop in to the next.
